“Great trip!! Our opinion was that maybe seeing just one of the two castles (probably Bran - Dracula’s) would have been sufficient, as we would have preferred a little longer in Braşov. This is of course just a question of taste, though. The driver was super and (guide good too) and we enjoyed our day. If in Bucharest with a spare day, we would certainly recommend doing this. Yes, there is a fair bit of driving. But, the rewards were good for doing so!”

“Tour guide was very threatening with all instructions ( we will leave without you; you will be fined if your bag is too big; stop talking loudly). He got into a shouting match with an angry Spanish customer on board. He claimed to not be able to offer any help with ordering tickets online. When getting off the bus places, he didn’t help orient you to the area so that you could easily find your way back to the bus so as to not be late. You were not able to change seats, even if your group was split up on the bus. He had QR codes of information on…”

“absolutely brilliant day trip around Transylvania, Peles castle and the view is gorgeous, Braşov a picturesque little town and Brans castle gothic and interesting. we were picked up at 7:40 from the east end of University’s square, by the statue of Heliade-Rădulescu, there were a few tours going at the same time so be sure to arrive early. dropped off around 10pm but did encounter traffic and Bran’s castle was very busy (which Julia, our host, who was fantastic, took into account and gave us an extra hour or so to see the castle). we paid extra for entry into Brans castle, in hindsight i would have forgone this.”
